REAR WINDOW 170S W136

Hello MB 170 friends
On my beloved 170S W136; I have to install a new rear window
I have the following problem
_ if I install the rear window from the INTERIOR of the car ; I have no place enough to install the wood surrounding the rear window
_Could somebody confirm me that the rear window must be installed from the OUTSIDE of the car, in order to allow the installation of the wood panel

Hello,
just for info this will most likely not work on the smaller rearwindow. In addition it is easier to use a rope or a single flex cable (2,5mm).

Sorry the video is with a beetle but it is much easier to go this way.
