77.7 Rückfenster im Verdeck

Guten Tag,

nach wie vor suche ich die Masse und Form von Rückfenstern in den Verdecken.
Bis heute entspricht das Echo aus der Forumsgemeinde leider nicht meinen Vorstellungungen,

Es betrifft dies alle Vor- und Nachkriegsfahrzeuge.
Vor allem aber 170V Cabriolet A und B Vorkrieg

Wer an seinem Fahrzeug ein Verdeckfenster in originaler Grösse hat,
möchte mir doch bitte folgende Masse angeben:

Glaslichtmass (ist die sichtbare Glasfläche):
Breite mm:
Höhe mm:

hat das Fenster Nieren (Wurstform) wenn ja:
Überhöhung in Mitte des Fensters mm:

Ist das Rückfenster in Verdeckebene nicht flach sondern gewölbt:
Wölbung mm:

Eine Liste soll ermöglichen, die Originalgrösse der Rückfenster festzuschreiben.
Viele, die ein Verdeck erneuern müssen, haben dazu dringende Fragen.

mit Jim aus den USA bin ich in regem Austausch, auch betreffend Bodengruppe seines 170V CA.

Eigentlich bin ich enttäuscht von der Trägheit der Vorkriegszeit 170V CA und CB - Fahrer, wir haben ein Forum um einander zu helfen.
Nehmt Euch das doch zu Herzen, einige nehmen sich die Zeit Antworten zu erarbeiten und im Forum zu veröffentlichen.
Das wäre doch ein Versprechen für das Jahr 2026.

Schon die Antwort ob das Fenster im Verdeck flach oder gewölbt ist, wäre mir eine grosse Hilfe.

Natürlich sind die Masse auch erwünscht, damit kann ich beurteilen ob das Glas original ist.
Gab es Vorkrieg sekurisierte Rückfenster Gläser?

Geoges, End of my day. The templates that gives you the flat profile for both the glass and wooden frame are in the post system. I estimate it will take at least 10 days. Huguette's last correspondance with Monaco took 30 days. Lets hope it is better to Switzerland.The print shop has corrected the security lock on the drawings and Madam Huguette Marsicano will send them to you. She is working to 2030 tonight but she will get them to you in the e mail. She is an expert with the computor and shakes her head with my poor skills! I have been told that you can train a Gorsican mule to be a lawyer faster than I can be trained on the finer points of the computor.I have only one thing to say: Say La Vie -- You should have pictures from me that show the basic length of the window and the curve of the window.If not I will send them again. Today I took some pictures of my car but the pictures are very poor. My car is on top of my wook rack at the moment. I will send more pictures this evening of different cars that I have seen over the years and have found on the internet.They hold some clues.
I am of the belief that the 170V Cab A has the same window as the 170v Cab B but I do not know this to be a fact. I will ask Jorg Inger who I correspond with often . He is a trimmer and has seen many cars over the years.He also speaks perfect English as he was an exchange student in the USA his younger years. What I find interesting are the part numbers in the Cab A/ Roadster parts book. I will send to you what I have, but the document has a lot of" Rhine Valley fog" on the pages from the many cpoies that have been made or the poor copy of the orginal. I was just happy to get what I got.
I will re work my pictures as they are to large. One thing to consider. Perhaps others do not have their parts in a place where they can support the request for assistance. Also keep in mind so many are reluction to go back to basic and fundimental information . You are the master. It has really helped me in my approach to problem solving. ok let me get some pictures headed your direction. Thank you, ever so much. Jim
