I'm from Latvia and I have a pre-war Mercedes 170V. The car is being restored and now it's the engine's turn. Grinding of the crankshaft is necessary because the original crankshaft bearings were no longer available behind the Iron Curtain and were replaced with Babbitt castings. The engine is in the workshop, but the foreman asks me for the exact factory diameter of the crankshaft or the diameter of the crankshaft bearing bearing seats. Maybe someone has a similar situation and can help with the measurements.
